Agreement and Authorization
Our office requires that everyone be fairly represented in every real estate transaction. As a prospective tenant you are entitled to representation for your protection and so that we can help you better. Our goal is to do what we can to make leasing a home go as smoothly and stress-free for you as possible.
Do you have an agent you’re working with? Have you signed a representation agreement? If so, I have to send you back to them, it’s a law here in Texas. The only exception is if it’s my own listing you want to see.
If you have not signed a representation agreement with anyone else, please continue with the forms below. It is important that you read everything carefully and contact me with any questions before you sign. Of course you are under no obligation to lease anything.
Once you have submitted the authorization, we are on track to get you moved!

|The following TENANT REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT is used when a prospective tenant wishes to engage the services of Jim Pedicord Realtor® and RE/MAX Top Realty to exclusively represent their interests in their search for a home or other property in the specified area. |
It is FREE to you, the tenant! In almost every case, home landlords have already agreed to pay a buyer’s agent’s commission and have it factored into their financial considerations, so you actually can get more without paying more!
You can conveniently use the following forms online to authorize
