AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZATION

Our office requires that everyone be fairly represented in every real estate transaction. As a prospective buyer you are entitled to representation for your protection and so that we can help you better. Our goal is to do what we can to make buying a home go as smoothly and stress-free for you as possible.
Do you have an agent you’re working with? Have you signed a representation agreement? If so, I have to send you back to them, it’s a law here in Texas. The only exception is if it’s my own listing you want to see.
If you have not signed a representation agreement with anyone else, please continue with the forms below. It is important that you read everything carefully and contact me with any questions before you sign. Of course you are under no obligation to buy anything.
Once you have submitted the authorization, we are on track to get you moved!
Just a couple more of our standard policies and procedures to cover:

|The following BUYER REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT is used when a prospective buyer wishes to engage the services of Jim Pedicord Realtor® of RE/MAX Top Realty to exclusively represent their interests in their search for a home or other property in the specified area. |
One thing to remember, in almost every case, home sellers have already agreed to pay a buyer’s agent’s commission and have it factored into their financial considerations, so you actually can get more without paying more!
To provide you with a couple of options with no up front retainer or fees, you can conveniently use the following forms online to authorize
